Putting LEADS to Work in 2020: Examples from Across Canada and the World
Canada’s LEADS in a Caring Environment leadership capabilities framework is used across Canada and internationally. In 2020, a second edition of Bringing Leadership to Life in Health: LEADS in a Caring Environment, profiles the research evidence underpinning the validity of LEADS and provides multiple examples of how health systems across Canada and the globe have put LEADS to work to improve leadership capacity. In this session meet the editors, invited authors and be introduced to its exciting content, including:
– the use of LEADS in Indigenous cultures,
– LEADS and people-centred care,
– Putting LEADS to work in Canada and Abroad, and
– LEADS in the professions.
